Important information
On Wednesday 27 August, our customer care lines will be closed from 9am to 10.30am for training. Lines will open again from 10:30am. For queries during this time, please check out our Help & support section.
If your new property is supplied by Power NI your Direct Debit can continue. Please make sure to register your move with us via your online account and we'll transfer the Direct Debit to your new property.
If you pay by Monthly Direct Debit and wish to change your payment amount due to a change in circumstance, you can contact us.
If you pay by Quarterly Direct Debit, your bill amount will be lifted in full as normal.
