Information for Keypad customers
From 16 September, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40-60 digit tariff change code you will need to enter into your meter. If you're experiencing issues topping up, email us or call us on 08000 285 455. We've extended our opening hours to support customers, visit contact us to find out more.
If you pay a bill, you will receive your account number in your postal welcome pack once your switch is complete. Keep this handy, as you will need it if you choose to register for paperless billing with Energy Online and/or Power NI Perks.
If you are a Keypad customer, you will receive your keypad premise number in your welcome pack once your switch is complete. Keep this handy, as you will need it if you choose to register for paperless billing with Energy Online and/or Power NI Perks.
If you haven't received a welcome pack in the post after 4 weeks get in touch and we'll look into this for you.
