In case of emergency
To report a power outage or an electricity emergency you will need to contact Northern Ireland Electricity (NIE) Networks on 03457 643 643 (available 24 hours a day, seven days a week) or you can report the issue online. NIE Networks are a separate company to Power NI.
Struggling to pay?
Email our Payment & Accounts Resolution Team on dpar@powerni.co.uk including your account number. We appreciate that sometimes it’s hard to contact us and discuss financial matters - we will check your bill is accurate and discuss suitable payment resolutions.
